What kind of books do you sell?

Frankie’s Bookshop curates dreamy, vintage-inspired illustrated books. Each title is selected for its visual charm, storytelling quality, and timeless feel.

Are your books new or secondhand?

Most of our books are pre-loved or vintage, unless stated otherwise. This means minor signs of age may be present, but we always describe the condition as clearly and honestly as possible.

How do I place an order?

Simply add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide 🌍 Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. 

International orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided (if available for your selected shipping method).

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by destination:

• Domestic orders: usually 3-5 business days
• International orders: usually 10-20 business days

Please note that customs processing may cause delays for international shipments.

Are customs fees included?

No. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and depend on your country’s regulations.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of curated and vintage items, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives significantly not as described.

What if my book arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and assist you accordingly.
